About Us

At Norris Behaviour Consulting, we are dedicated to transforming the way children and youth with diverse needs receive support. Through creative, individualized solutions, we help schools, families, and community programs access the resources and tools they need to foster development, confidence, and success.

We provide hands-on strategies for parents navigating complex support systems, advocate for efficient school-based services, and equip educators with behavior management tools to create inclusive and supportive learning environments. By breaking down barriers, challenging stigmas, and empowering parents with knowledge and advocacy skills, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ADHD, autism, and other unique needs.

Meet Our Expert

Nevannah Norris

With over 15 years of experience as a Respite Worker turned Child and Youth Worker, Nevannah Norris witnessed firsthand the overwhelming gaps in services for families of children with special needs. Navigating the complex web of supports, funding, and advocacy can feel like an exhausting puzzle—one that leaves many families drained after years of running in circles, trying to secure the right care for their loved ones.

As she worked closely with families, schools, and private care services, Nevannah developed a deep passion for bridging these gaps. She dedicated herself to researching and implementing the best possible resources for each child, ensuring they received the support they deserved. Her mission was clear: to create a strong, interconnected community where families could find guidance, advocacy, and a true support system tailored to their unique needs.

Her experience working with adults with various needs in a non-profit agency further reinforced her commitment. She saw the long-term impact of inadequate resources and realized that early, effective intervention was essential. This passion led to the creation of Norris Behaviour Consulting (NBC)—an organization built on the foundation of empowering families, streamlining services, and reducing the burden of navigating the system alone.

At NBC, Nevannah works closely with each family to ensure their goals and needs are met. She understands the immense challenges that come with therapies, school advocacy, financial applications, home preparation, and general care for children with additional needs. NBC is here to simplify the process, provide clarity, and connect families with the right resources—so they can focus on what truly matters: spending quality time together.
