Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Norris Behaviour Consulting (NBC), we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized services. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to a new appointment time or receive a full refund upon request.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund, and deposits will be forfeited.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will also result in the loss of any paid deposit or session fee.

Refund Policy:

  • Deposits and Prepaid Sessions: Deposits or fees paid in advance are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

  • Service Packages: In cases where clients have purchased service packages, unused sessions may be eligible for a partial refund upon written request and review, subject to administrative fees and cancellation timelines.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be made at our discretion in special situations.
