In-person/Virtual Follow-up
Ongoing Strategy & Progress Assessment
This service offers scheduled in-person or virtual sessions to revisit and refine the strategies developed in your initial consultation and action plan. These follow-ups are essential for evaluating your child’s progress, addressing new concerns, and adapting approaches as their needs evolve. Whether you're navigating changes at school, home, or within support systems, these sessions ensure that your plan stays relevant and effective.
We’ll also review goals, discuss what’s working, and make updates to your action plan as needed—keeping everything aligned with your family’s priorities. Recommended frequency will be determined collaboratively and outlined in your Client/Consult Agreement.
Please note: This service is only available to families who have completed the Introductory Intake and at least one Consult & Action Plan session
